Updating contact information (mobile phone number, email address and postal address) is necessary so that the Municipality can have access to accurate data and communicate with you promptly and reliably.
This update will enable:
• Immediate notification regarding the issue of new bills.
• Reminders and notifications regarding payments and debt settlement arrangements.
• Immediate communication and alerts regarding potential water leaks.
• Sharing important announcements concerning municipal services.
The process of updating your contact details is carried out through the relevant online platform of the National Contact Register as follows: https://notify.gov.gr
Your cooperation is important in ensuring faster and more efficient services, as well as preventing delays or difficulties in receiving important information.
Important note: When accessing the platform, you are kindly requested to select/activate both consent fields concerning communication with Public Administration Sectors, so that the Municipality can send you notifications via SMS and/or e-mail.
